I received an email from my points stating to turn your unwanted gold into money so i requested a free kit. My kit came and i mailed out $500 worth of jewelry to them on July 27. I expected to receive a check within 6 weeks, and when that didnt happen and i called all i was told from a man claiming his name was Chip that they were backed up and to please email customer service with my info as well as my account # 31201. Needless to say almost a year later i have been unable to get my merchandise back and my points couldnt help me either.
