In June of this year I responded to an offer to sell my unwanted gold from an offer that I recieved from my InboxDollars account. I recieved all the materials that I needed to pack and send off my jewelery to Prestige in about 5-7 days. I sent them 12 articles, including a 14k white gold pearl ring, along with a gold and diamond tennis bracelet, one rose gold and 10k gold bracelet, 2 small link 10k gold bracelets, 3,14k gold hoop earrings, 1,14k gold rope necklace, 2,18inch necklaces, 1- 14k and 1- 12k gold and a 10k gold faux emerald ring. As of this date I have not recieved any notification of receipt or and offer of payment, today's date is Oct. 20. I have tried to contact Prestige on several occassions at the phone number listed for customer service... 1-877-215-9624 with no results. At one point I was told that they were backed up with orders and the person I spoke with told me he would send them an email at the processing plant and have them to contact me with the information I was requesting, no one ever contacted me.
