Refused to render services

On march (And Before that) I have a meeting with Jacqueline L. Olin (Pharmacist) and the Laura Witmer (Nurse) where they told me that I need Insulin or if not I will died. (Dr. Lou Ann MCAdams also mentioned the same thing. I told them That I went to the Free clinic for monitor my medication only, becuase I lost my job and I dont have medic al insurance.inmediately they start to change my meds for my diabetes and for My HBP. I do advised them that I have the right to refused to take insuling. They continue insisting and insisting, and they told me that if I refused to take insuling I have to live the program. Today 6/1 I went for recertification after a phone call that i receeived from them. When I got to the premises they told thta they wont be render services to me. Before that they cancel my prescription at Walmarty Pharmacy. They also altered documentation in my chart writing that I told them that I wont be coming back to the clinic wich is not true. PA green wrote that I told her that when I never spoke with, Due she only performed a Physical exam. They treat me like indocument that doesnt have the right to received any kind of services.
