Could not see this switch when making transaction.

Product dvd's defective - several e-mails people refused to provide return mail address and there is no physical address listed on their site.
Reported abuse to Visa credit card head office who facilitated this transaction - no response. I suspect copyright infringement with this fraudulent activity.

Will report abuse & turn defective dvd's over to manufacturer Warner Home Video.
