I ordered 2 products - Ken Burns complete jazz collection & Hawaii Five-0 complete 2nd season (8 discs). The site informed me that I would receive a "Secure Payment" request, which I did from "95epay". I paid the full amount with my Visa - 95epay order: fastpay1339206122153

When I did not receive the item by early July, I contacted 95epay who informed me the Dvdset4u order had been paid in full. I have attempted to contact Dvdset4u via e-mail / their chat line 5 times since then with zero response.
Obviously, I have been ripped off.
