I ordered a pair of shoes from Rios Shoes. The website said they would be received in 5-10 days. I contacted them twice because I never received my shoes or any tracking info. Today I received a shower cap in the mail from China. I had a feeling the two were related so I googled "shower cap from China" and came across this website and realized I was duped! I have filed a complaint with Pay Pal and American Express (the way my pay pal account is funded).
