Called Bob Hamilton to come out and fix our A.C. When James got there he looked at A.C. And told us there was no freeon left in it. He checked for leaks and said there was no leaks. He filled it with freeon but could not tell us how much it took only that it would cost us $480.00 plus the service call. He tried to sale us packages up to $1200. We told him no that we just wanted him to fix our a.C. He filled it up and told us it was working. With in 1 hours there was no air coming out of a.C. We called them back and was told someone would be back out that night but because we refused to purchase one of the packages it would would have to pay again. They did not show up on Sunday night. On Monday morning we called them back and they said someone would be out. When James go there guess what no freeon. He checked for leaks and found a good size one. This was going to cost us $1000.00 to fix. He did take off the cost of the following day. We had him fix it and refill the a.C. He told us there was no sign of any leaks.

We decided to go for a drive and get into some a.C. For a while. Came back 2 hours later and guess what not a.C. It had leaked out again. We called Bob Hamilton back and was told that some one would be out that evening. Well it is Tuesday at 3:45 pm no one has called.

I have called another company to come out this evening should be there around 5:00pm. All i want is all of my money back and will never call Bob Hamilton back again. I am ready to hire an attorney to take care of this.By the way Bob Hamilton and James i put a stop pay on the 2 checks i would like for you to come to my house and set in it and see if you can stand 90 degree temps.
