We purchased 2 pairs of their walking shoes only to have their soles fall off because we were walking on a particularly hot day. The glue melted fixing the soles in place. We obtained Vibram’s contact details from their website and sent them two emails including pictures of the faulty shoes. We never even got an acknowledgement even though we know the mails arrived and were read. Frankly they are an appalling company who seems to feel lots of advertising means they do not have to either produce a good product or support it when it goes wrong.
