A payment of $29.95 was charged to me by an endoser Joseph A.J. Acct#10000150916095 deposited to a Alliance Network called the phone number about this tranaction just got an answering machine. My bank won't refund this amount and told me to take it up with Alliance Network. How am I suppose to take this up with a company that does not exist?
