Noticed our checking account had an amount of 29.95 debited from Network Alliance. I called the 877-781-7082 number to have it credited back to us. They indicated on 5/2 that they would credit our account for 29.95. As of May 11 I have not seen any credit and I get an answering machine when I call the 877 number. I have left messages but I do not expect any return call.
