I was contacted on April 24th concerning a way to make money on the internet
and was charged $77.95 for the course. The instructions were to be given on the
internet, and it did start, but I didn't have time to look at all of it just then; so
I shut down my computer and tried again later, but was never able to retrieve
the instructions. Consequently, I e-mailed them that I did not want the course
and asked them to cancel my order.
Today I received my statement from my Credit Card and the charge was there.
Upon contacting the Credit Card Company AND Goosenestglo, I was told to contact you, since the 30-day deadline had just passed.
How can I get my refund?
