I saw an advertisement for colon slow / slimvida and after reading some supposed customer trials, I decided to try them. At first I only paid for the postage which seemed fine. There was no mention in the advert that if you don't return the product within 2 weeks, then you will be automatically sent some more and billed over £60 per bottle! How is this a 'free' trial if you have to send your product back to avoid such a hefty bill for a subsequent dispatching? It wasn't until after 2 weeks that I found the paperwork that came with the original packaging and I was horrified by what they said they were going to do! I rang the company. They said I had missed the deadline by 1 day, and they had tried to take approximately £120 from my account. I am unemployed so it is very rare that I have such an amount in my account. I pleaded and said I can't afford to pay this and I don't actually want the product to be sent to me again. They 'offered' me 2 bottles for half the price as some kind of 'mercy'. I didn't want this but I felt I had no option. I had to arrange a date when I would have this amount in my account. They went into great detail about a 'free gift worth over £100' that they were dispatching to me also. The gift I received was a 'holiday & home club' members book with discount vouchers for a myriad of luxurious treatments at spas etc. I was wary straight away. This time I read the accompanying letter which said that I would be billed for the annual fee if I don't return the package by the end of May. I returned the package straight away! It seems like companies like this work in liaison with each other.
