Creditor contacted my private work number illegally and then tried to threaten me for supposed debt incurred 12 years ago during bankrupcy which was sold and resold, When I asked creditor not to call my number she indiacted that i d be happy to pour gasoline on you. And then indiacted that my mother was the bitch that bore me and my mother knew I was scum. I told mhermy mother was dead many years ago and she laughed and said good wish you were too. I asked her if that was a threat and she said yesThen threatened to sue me and ruin me for debt I do not owe. All this on a work phone. Also another member of the staff left messges on my work phone which constitutes defamation of character I received about 10 calls formthis group in a matter of minutes and had to go outside to ask them not to call and thenn they continued to callme and leave lessgaes and threaten me

I blame these credit card companies for allowing people to use yoru name. I have been the victimof identity theft and also filed bankrupcy. Low life credit card companies that give crediot to poot r creditors without checking will do anything to repa what they sow and hore out these firms and pay them to collect 12 year old debt that isnt evcen yorus you have no recourse ans aconsumer.
