I went to take care of my taxes as usual with them every year, and i was in the process of moving at the time. It took me 3 days to come to my new homestead and 10 hours back to tupelo, ms. I tried calling to see if anyone was going to be there to take my w-2 forms, and i've been getting the run around. I have not received my state taxes nor federal refund from them. The number and address they had provided, were disconnected and the building was abandoned. Smh. Now i keep getting my w-2 forms sent back to me from 2010 saying, my mail is unclaimed. This is the second time withing four months.
