I received a envelopee from Costco Wholesale so I thought it was an advertisement but when I opened it there was a letter from Beaumont Investment group saying I won $150,000.00 US dollars in a Mega Lottery conducted in the UK. There also was a check in the amount of $3980.00 dollars made out to me to pay the taxes but I couldnt cash it till I contacted the claim agent Michael dundas. The check was drawn on The Bank of New York Mellon and was from Primerica Life Insurance Company and was drawn on a branch in Butler, Pa. After calling a local office of BNY Mellon I found out there was no such branch. I then tried to call the claim agent who from the phone exchange was from Toronto, Canada. No one answered the phone at 9:00AM in the morning so I went to the internet to try and check out the information when I found this site. I am now posting this info in the hope it will keep other unsuspecting people from being scammed.
