Received at letter with a check for $3989.00. The letter stated that I had won the Mega Jackpot for the sum of $150,000.00. The sole purpose of the check was for payment of applicable government taxes on the winnings.in which $1995.00 was to be payed to a tax agent. Claim Agent Michael Dundas 1-416-831-5960. I know this was a scam the return address was Home Depot, the check from Mid-State Supply and the letter head Beaumont Investment Group of the UK.
