This cell phone (484-431-9428) is a pre-paid track phone from At&AT. During 05/20 t0 05/21, AT&AT charge about $10 for the commercial advertisement text massage called to my phone, even I did not open and read these Text messages. I believe AT&AT is trying steal money from this phone by utilizing some a deceive commercial business advertisements. I try to log into my account to check the statement of my bill. It reject I log in and I called AT&AT but none answer the phone.
I report this kind of fraud business to let public aware how phone company deceive their customers.
