I used the service for 6 mo. And never intended to re-up the subscription. Fileserve stopped downloading services about 1 1/2 months before my account was to expire. They re-charged my credit card without permission for another 6 months. I went to the bank to file a complaint, they said they would remove it. I just got a letter from them saying the charge appeared to be correct. I'm going back to the bank to start the fight all over again.
