I applied for a loan online from my loan, I never knew there was a transaction fee of £69.99. I had a phone call from them saying I need to pay £69.99 processing fee I told them I don't have that kind of money to pay for a loan which hasn't even been granted. I told them to cancel my loan application since I can't afford to pay such amount. I had my statement and before I knew it £69.99 has been taken out of my accounts without my authorisation, I can't believe such a thing can happen in modern day Britain without anyone doing something anything about it. I have sant an email to them without getting any response. I really want my money back. This is really shameful
