Faulty Manufactured Product

I am a retired aircraft mechanic with BSIT degree, and have been operating a home off-grid electrical system since September. I have been plagued by having my house four L-16 batteries go bad in less than 2 years of operation due to an undercharging Xantrex inverter product.in explaining my situation to the people atthe Magnum Company, they assured me that their inverter product would charge the house batteries so they would not be undercharged. I installed there purchased RD3924 inverter to my house batteries on the 14 of January. On the 16th of January, I informed them that the new inverter was not charging the individual cells correctly, and I was back into the same situationas before the change over of equipment. I have endevered to get them to either correct the problem, or refund my funds.in an attempt to upgrade this inverter, they sent a faulty custom control board to a Portland company for installation. Re-installing the inverter, it ran out of control. They sent me a Rebuilt inverter manufactured in 2008 to replace mine which was made in 2011. I has the corrected custom control board installed which does not follow the chosen settings made which continues to undercharge the battery cells. Mr. Baxter has changed his story to that of they never said their product would charge the cells correctly, and refuses to refund our funds. The extra diesel fuel needed, and my extra maintenance time has cost us in time and money. We are filing complaints with the Washington Attorney's office, as well as the Oregon Attorney's office concerning this company's product line, and poor customer relationship under a warranty program.
