Koekraf.com threatens me when I complain or demand a refund.
Koekraf's rudeness and dam right arrogance when it comes to taking my money and the total lack of after sales support. My faulty inverter went missing with koekraf claimimg it never arrived so not only do I loose the item and the money I paid for it but I also loose the money I paid for its return carriage as well.
I beleive I had a faulty unit shipped out as new but when I claim they are faulty koekraf say its my fault, the inverter is supposed to be unbreakable.
My Inverter burnt out after 40 minutes of normal use!
He said he would repaire only no replacements and No refunds
At the time of writing this their online website email facility is shut down, if you buy and have problems they do not want to hear from you.
I have been cheated and abused by koekraf.
