I bought an adjustable bed from Matress captial REnaisance parkway in Durham
NC. It is under warrente and the control doesn 't work. Also they did not put
on the rails to hold matress on bed. When I called they said wold come Sat and
i waited all day and when I called the warehouse they cursed and shouted at me and hung up. My product is underwarrenty and they won't fix it.

I want money to have another company come and fix it.

Also want compensation for their rudeness and not honoring warrenty.

THey are negligent and olnly want your money and no customer service and
are hateful people. Don't buy from them no matter what.
