I was sent a trial then charged for $84.90 for a membership program which I did not authorize or agree upon. I had some form of irritation (facial skin) from the sample product, so when I received the unauthorized membership shipment i immediately called the # listed on the package not only for a few times but a lot of times to get a return authorization # but to no avail. I really think the phone # they listed is fake 888 589 3380. The instruction says requires RA # required but failed to contact the company in Chandler, Arizona. What should I do?
