I ordered their free product for free except for shipping fee, but then they keep sending me their product. I want to cancel my order but the telephone number " Telephone # (888) 589-3380 " they listed to get a Return Authorization Number is not a working number. Supposedly all returns require this authorization slip. I could not access their website they listed " http://csticket.com ". I beleived this is a ploy so customers can not return their products and they can continue to charge customers continously. Please can you help me?
