Purchased samples for £2.99 x 2 they were dispatched on the 1/5 i did not receive until 14/5/12
enclosed a despatch document and customer service letter stating if i did not want to keep had to return within 14 days of my order!!! Delivery came on the 14th day. Could not return without a RMA no:??? Tried to call number provided no such number went on line to pick up site and discoverred it was a scam...
On the 18th May they had taken two amounts of £69.99 directly out of my account...
Whoever these people are they need to be strung up crooks all of them
Vanity! I shall never buy anything online again...
I cannot emphasise enough to all you people out there do NOT buy ANYTHING from this so call company.
