World Value prepaid phone card issued by ATT and sold in Target

The phone card falsely advertises 1.5 cents per minute to Europe. They forget to tell you that they charge 1.50 for the first minute and 8 cents after. The computer does not read 3 minutes reads 10 and 25 minutes they charged me for two phone calls to Germany: one of 3 minutes the other 8 minutes $5.00 five dollars. It is a scam and consumer should be alerted

Do not buy this prepaid phone card.
