Extremely poor customer service

I went to the Sourdough place today. Always yummy sandwiches. But today I walked in and walked out with no meal.: (I never got waited on! I stood in line for a while with a hungry toddler and hungry four yr. Old. The owner was real busy chit-chatting with someone in line in front of me and they clearly were not talking about food and he was not ordering. She obviously had to of known I was standing right behind him. The other employees that were making food and walking around never acknowledged me. The owner chit-chatting couldn't take a second to say "Ill be right with you." Nothing. So I still stood there a while looking at her, waiting to be waited on and nothing. I took my business elswhere. What a great way to run a company. Sad I won't be going there anymore because I really like the food. But very poor customer service. Not worth my money.
