I never knew there was a montly fee regardless of if you make purchase or not. They should explain the policy better in bold, large writing on their front page instead of in fine writing where they hope most people will miss it. If you do not check your email within the 1st & 5th of every month then you loose the option to skip the monthly payment for the month. This is a deceptive way of forcing people to buy every month... This has to be against the law! I don't see this company lasting another year unless they change their policy... This is crazy!
