This company promises that it will send a reminder email each month reminding its customers to skip that month, if they did not plan on purchasing a pair of shoes. I always follow the link in the email, as I do not see a link for it on justfab.com's main page. So, because I did not receive this email, I was unable to skip this month and was therefore charged the $39.95 fee. As a broke college student, this is a lot of money for me, as I could use this money to buy food or pay for bills. I often do not have the money in my budget to buy even a cheap pair of shoes, but I have yet to find where I can quit justfab.com. I have also received shoddy customer service in the past.
