Allan McPhee, Esq
Crazy Motion to defend Renewal Restraining Orde

Miscellaneous

I asked Mr. McPhee to defend a renewal restraining order (r.O.) http://www.courts.ca. Gov/1260.htm from the President of my Condo. That was a complete failure, but I did not realize it at the time. I then asked him to file the same IMPROPER SLAPP motion http://en. Wikipedia.org / wiki/Strategic_lawsuit_against_public_participation on a r.O. My x wife had. I stopped him before he filed it.

I took Mr. McPhee to Bar Arbitration in my X wife's case and was awarded virtually my entire fee back as the Bar Arbitrator stated that filing a SLAPP motion on a R.O. Is like a surgeon taking out your eye for a hearing problem. It took almost a year for him to pay. I had to have the Bar send a letter threatening to disbar him if he didn't pay.

I've asked for a refund on the President of my Condo... He refuses. That has been pending in Bar Arbitration a long time. I met with a Bar Arbitrator last October, but the arbitrator might be senile and he does not remember. McPhee did not even show up as apparently he knew that he did not have any defense. I've offered to settle the case for 1/2 just so that I can go on to other things. When we go to arbitration again... I hope I do not have to wait a year to get paid...
