BBB unfair in arbitration hearings, and are dishonest ripoffs 85% of the time

I am a certified arbitrator for the BBB and have been for about 15 years. The BBB decides which arbitrator takes a case.
As long as I was ruling for the business, I was called quite often for cases.
When a little old lady was screwed by General Motors, I ruled that GM buy back the vehicle at full price with the milage driven deducted.
A clear case of a lemon vehicle. That was the last time the BBB called me for a case.
I even let them know I was free during the day. They still haven't called.
The BBB may give you a list of arbitrators to pick from, but you can bet, it is LOADED with those who usually rule in favor of the business.
After all, who pays the salaries of the BBB employees? THE BUSINESS MEMBERS.
BBB has unfair arbitration!
