I went to Tax Masters on Apr 7 and they said they could resolve my tax audit and get my tax records cleared up. They said I had to pay $3,000 up front and then another $6,000 when the hearings where finished. They took my business records but never even looked at my boxes. The agent that was assigned warned me that nothing was being done with my records. Everytime I went to their offices my information remained untouched. Tax Masters prolonged everything and I was told that I was not needed at any of the IRS meetings that were scheduled. I was mislead and deceived, and lied to. They told me that they could reduce or even resolve all debt that the IRS said I owed. The did NOTHING except take my money. I ended up taking my tax problem to another cpa and the problem was resolved with the IRS.
