After signing up, our loved one tried for two months to get through to us. I've spent at least 10 hours on the phone talking with PCS and Global Telelink. Got a different story with each call and then would be transferred to GT assuring me everything in order. GT finally started question me about my true address and telephone number and said that the calls were being forwarded, which is not allowed in the prison system. Will not issue credit, but we will pursue other avenues. Cannot believe that this company is allowed to stay in business with all these complaints. Seems the FCC should be notified.
