I ordered on line ~ thinking that this was a REPUTABLE Company. I rec'd a confirmation email and then another email a day or two later telling me that I had been "upgraded" to "early" shipment. The email had the confirmation #'s on it and the same phone # listed on my credit card charge information, the email AUTOMATICALLY deleted. I definatly did NOT delete it, thinking I might need it for just this reason. I still have NOT rec'd them and quite frankly after looking at the complaints, I am not sure I even DO want them. Why, oh why. Didn't I research this site better!!! Oh.By the way. I just called the phone # listed. And got a main switchboard for a CONSULTING company. Never again!
