Forester Stove Nightmare

I purchased your forester pellet stove last year model 5824. I only had an opportunity to use it for a short time. However it worked fine. This year it just did'nt work. Pellets drop and fuel ignites. Stove shuts down 10 min. Later. I have called company numerous times. I can't find a repair person and neither could your company. You sent a couple of parts that I had to figure out by myself to change. They did not work. Twice I called looking for someone higher up in company to help. Phone calls are never returned. I am a senior. It has been a month now with no reolution. Frank Roughneen
