The Person has not given any details of the ticket number or the Fixed penalty number for me to check matters and doesn't leave any details for me to identify the incident

1 I do not control ther Clamping Company or have anything to do with their finances, But I do have a copy of all the Receipts apertainng to the C hangegate car park.

2 It is quite clear she should not have used someone else ticket that is disception

3 The operative has now checked all matters in August and the 1st and 2nd of Sept and the only case similar was that the Driver was shopping in the Edinburgh Woollen Mill and there was not a disabled badge on the car. There will be a recording of the incident so if the lady provides evidence of the fixed Penalty Number or the accurate date of the incident I will prove what has been stated is false and Libellous.

Please supply details or remove the article as it is untrue. I am prepared to supply all video and voice recordings of the incident.

As for the comment about cheating the tax man, that is wholly untrue and it is also untrue that they were not offered a receipt. One is always attached to my copy which all owners of car parks receive and I will send it to them if they left without it as drivers often do in their annoyance at being caught.

And who is the robber when it is clearly stated that tickets are not transferable and yet she clearly went out of her way to cheat for 80pence and was caught. What would the shopkeeper do if she stole a Mars Bar for 80 pence. They would prosecute in the court and the fine and criminal record she would receive would be greater.
Stop bleating you were caught cheating for 80 pence and next time tell the truth.
