Living Social - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I bought a voucher from Living Social in November last year for a facial and massage.

When I tried to get hold of the company to book the appointment (many many times, on their landline, mobile, email) I was unable to get hold of anyone. Eventually I complained to Living Social and they managed to get hold of a website for me to book on - this website didn't work (and Living Social later confirmed they were also unable to book an appointment on that site). So more calls and attempts to book an appointment with no luck, so I called Living Social again 2 or three times torequest a refund as I clearly wans't able to book my appointment - each time they said they'd look into the situation and call back - but they never called back.

Just recently I tried again, and after two more calls to Living Social I finally got the company on her mobile - she gave me a new website (they'd changed name and location in January without notice) and told me I could only book on there.

Given this process has taken SO long (4 months now) my voucher expires in late March - and on the website there are no weekend appointments between now and late March.

I called Living Social again to explain and they said they'd look into it and return my call at 1pm - by 6pm I'd heard nothing so I called again and I was told that there is availability during the week and therefore there is nothing they can do to help. I was also told that the voucher is subject to availability and if there isn't any availability that's my tough luck.

I had a terrible experience with the voucher, the company and particularly with the staff at Living Social who have been entirely unhelpful and unresponsive throughout this process. I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this company.
