Living Social 'partner' - Living Social Voucher Deals

I have now telephoned Living Social 4 times asking for first payment as contractually agreed. No payment has been received. This is a big financial strain on my business. I will now refuse to serve any more Living Social customers with vouchers and refer them back to Living Social.
The next step is small claims court as they have their contract with me. I am livid. When the sales girl was selling deal responses were instant! Now no calls are returned. Very dissapointed with how I am being treated
