Rip-off! They dip into your checkbook even after cancellation and do not send promised products

On 5/24/04 these embezzlers took $139.90 out of my checking account, after promised the usual $200 in gas and not delivering, and after I cancelled. I've been calling them for the past 2 months. They want a letter requesting the redund in writing; then deny getting; then admit getting then say they are awaiting "confirmation from Corporate Office" then I have to wait 10-14 "business days." These people are the worst in rip-offs.

The "supervisor" I spoke with, "David" at ext. 0139 keeps promising a refund, but he is part of the scam.
We should all file reports with: The United States Attorney General (since this is interstate fraud) for a possible class action suit against these crooks. The Nevada Attorney General, The Nevada District Attorney
I filed a report with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, but heard nothing.

We should all go to Vegas and go to their post office box when they come to pick up checks from their victims, follow them to their office and perform a citizens' arrest on their CEO. This man should be tarred and feathered. They answer your complaints as if they are going to refund your money, but I'm not holding my breath. If there is a legal mind out there, please, let's act to put these bums behind bars.
