The company fraudulently debited money from my account despite my cancellation of service. The company took 6 months to refund money

Be wary of telephone solicitation from a company called U-Talk Unlimited. I had to wait 6 months to receive a refund from this company. They had debited my checking account after I had cancelled service with them. This was at the start of May. I finally received a check the middle of October.

This only happened, I believe because I hounded them repeatedly with phone calls, E-mail and the constant sending of refund forms to their physical address. Finally - I lodged a complaint with the Usa Consumer Complaints.com in September.
