Purchased $1,600 extended warranty in 2005 that would be refunded if never used per agreement with Signet. Time has come to receive refund and they are nowhere to be found. What a scam! The Honda dealership pushed this warranty and I'm sure they got their cut. There probably is not much one can do via this bankrupt crooked company but I don't believe the dealerships should get off scott free. Class action lawsuits against the dealerships is what is needed here despite the statement on the agreement that they bear no responsibility. They were a party to this and good lawyers can tie them in.
