Basically I went in hoping for a a healthy puppy why I got was a partially happy puppy for one day and the nest day he was lethargic sick throwing up and had diarrhea. The next day I took him to the vet they checked him for parvo and he came up positive. He was only 8 weeks old no shots, only weighed 1.8 pounds had poop in his fit when I got him and was so sick. They treatment for him would be anywhere from $2500 to $4500 by this time I had the dog a day and a half. Arizona state law states a purchaser can ask for reasonable reimbursement of vet bills if it exceeds the amount of the dog. We bought the dog for 200.00 we spent 351.00 on vet bills. We sent a letter to the store about refunding us for the vet bills. They refunded the money for the dog but refused too comply and said they would counter sue.

Two days later after trying all we could to save the puppy he was top sick. The bet stated there was no possible way he had gotten parvo while we had him since it take 4 to 14 days to surface and we had him a half of a day before he was showing signs of sickness. They stated there was no way they had sold them with parvo. Arizona state law also states if the dog does within 15 days of ownership they shall reimburse expenses of vet bills. It also states that a pet dealer is any pet store and they sell many different kinds.By the time we put the dog down we had him for a grand total of five and a half days. Iam very upset with the company for they way they treated me and the dog as well.
