I had purchased a dress in good faith. Provided my exact measurements. The communications from TideBuy were good. Received the dress. It is probably 4 sizes smaller than the dress ordered. Could not get the dress on, plus there was a flaw in the bodice. Within the 7 days notified them. Their dispute site would not let me send them an email. The emails kept kicking out. Finally got one through... Followed up with email going through their customer service. Told them that there was a problem on the dispute site. Sent photos of what was required... Then they would request more photos and would say that the photos were not showing the right measurements. Went back and forth with them since March.in April they finally sent me an email and told me that I waited too long to dispute, that it was over 7 days and the order was in March. I knew when this was going on that they were using stall tactics, because the pictures were noticeably accurate and showed the exact measurements I sent to them. They had not intent to refund.
