This mutha lovers is something else. They claim they sent my trial, I never received it. They had ME track down the package that they sent. USPS said they delivered it and left it at the door (???). So I called back and spoke with Victor (the supervisor of customer service so he says). I told him I refuse to pay for something that I didn't even get a chance to try out. He offered me another package but to pay 50 something dollars for it... (middle finger), why would I pay for something that I never tried in the first damn place. This mutha lover VICTOR gonna start getting loud on the phone with me, talking over me and threaten to send it over to collections if I don't pay up. I swear if he was in front of me, I dont do the telephone gangster. Oh and what type of customer service is that??? Since when can u scream at your customers, talk over them and threaten them. R U KIDDING ME!!! I got something for his and that company (Inappropriate Content Removed), try to take money out of my account.
