Date approximate. Same as everybody else... Somebody created a strange document, the likes of which our bank had never seen but still paid on. We initially spoke to someone at the 877 number but when attempting to follow up only get the recording. I'd bet $29.95 showing up on a bank statement doesn't get noticed all the time and so they don't always get caught.
