I ordered a small bottle of "yeast support" for $6.95 about 5 weeks ago. They
immediately took the money from my account but I noticed a separate charge for
$10.95. I figured they were sending 2 bottles so did nothing. It took about 6 weeks to come. The 2nd itm was a small bag of crushed charcol. No instructions or explanation.

I have not even started taking them when I discovered a new charge for $39.95!!
Again no explanation or notice from them. I tried calling them but no one answers. I sent an email asking them to remove the charge. It took so long to get the first item I figured there's lots of time to stop them. Well, the money is still gone and no word from them!
