Sends damaged product

Stay away from onefunshop.com! I was looking for some makeup no longer made (Almay Amazing lasting makeup) on ebay when someone wrote to me and recommended this website. So after writing them to see if they carried it I ordered 3 bottles. I paid with my credit card on June 7. Three weeks later (keep in mind the website says it takes about 2 weeks for shipping)

I wrote and asked them where my makeup was. They wrote back and said that they were out and would be sending it whenever they got it. I wrote back and told them that that was bad business on them for taking money from me and not having the product in stock and that they should have wrote me and told me. They sent no response. Then I wrote and asked when would I be getting it. They wrote back and said 3-5 days. Seven days later (July 3 almost one month after ordering it) I received the makeup. Three GLASS bottles wrapped with one small piece of foam and some brown paper bag wrapped around them.

One bottle was broken at the top around the lid and all of the contents was spilled all over the other 2 bottles. Since then I've wrote countless emails and left many phone messages. No one ever answers the phone, it doesn't even ring, it just goes directly to a machine. No response.

At first I demanded that a new bottle be sent to me free of charge. After all I paid for 3 bottles and only 2 were good. Then I asked for them to send me the bottle free of charge if they would just give me the address and I'd send them the broken bottle. Now, I'm just writing hoping to get a response. I even went so far as to make a fake email address and name and wrote them asking questions about their shipping policy, return policy, etc. It came back to me failure to send.

Now how come they receive all my emails but that one? How come they answered me quickly when I was buying something from them. I will never buy from them again and strongly suggest that no one ever buys from them! They ignore their customers when there's a problem
