I am not sure if I have been Scammed, as I don't have direct profs, but I like to know if all the overseas lotto's are genuine or not like: Japan Jumbo Draw. Euromillions, (W4 A), E.L.G. They all have address from The Netherlands, you don't get a Ticket, but if you win they of course will send you the Money, Tax Free, I believe many People would like to know if they are OK, and which one's are just Scams.
