I called ING Direct and somehow was routed to this company. I thought it was legit because I called them. The pressure of the salesman and the fact that he lied to me about having to cancel anything put up a red flag. When I asked him to cancel everything and give me a ING Direct rep so I can just handle what I originally called for he said he couldn't do it. Gave me a number and it was for assist 123. I am thankful I put the 3.95 on my AMX because I can at least cancel with them
