I called the number on tv for the shark vaccum and was answered by assist 123. Was offered 100.00 gift card for retail store, i thought it was because i was ordering the vaccum. They charged my card and then told me that i would have to receive a packet of they services and if i didn't want it to call the number and cancel it. I told that i didn't want the service to reverse my charges and cancel it. I ws then told that my card was charged and they could not reverse the charge. I then wanted to speak with a supervisor and was told the same. I told him that this was fraud and he hung up on me... This assist is a fraud... Do not give you cc information. Scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam.
